Morphly is built privacy-first. Your photos and the AI that aligns them stay on your device. We do not run servers that receive your photos, we don't require an account, and we don't sell or share your personal data.
Morphly (the "App") is a before/after progress-tracking camera developed by Appynox ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the App does and doesn't do with your information.
The App has no user accounts and no backend server for your content. We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your photos, contacts, location, or personal profile. We do not include third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs.
This information never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it (see below).
The App requests camera access solely to let you take progress photos. The live camera feed is processed on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.
To help you line up each new photo with your last, the App uses Google ML Kit face and pose detection. This runs entirely on your device; your images are not sent to Appynox or to Google for this processing.
If you enable App Lock, authentication is handled by your device's operating system (fingerprint, face, or passcode). The App never sees or stores your biometric data.
If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device to help you stay consistent. No personal data is transmitted to deliver them.
When you choose to export a comparison, timelapse, or reel, or tap share, the resulting file is saved to your device's gallery or handed to the app you select. These actions happen only when you initiate them, and what happens next is governed by that destination app's own policies.
The App uses Google ML Kit (on-device) for alignment and may load typography from Google Fonts to render the interface. These do not receive your photos or personal content.
You are in control of your data at all times. You can delete individual photos or entire projects within the App, and uninstalling the App removes all of its locally stored data from your device.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Because your content stays on your device, its security is tied to your device's own protections (lock screen, encryption). We recommend keeping your device secured and, optionally, enabling the App Lock.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
